2010 It's gonna be big

It has been about a month since I have last posted. Since then I have graduated form the University of Utah, Hooray!!! I cant believe that I am done. It is a bit crazy, but I am glad to have finished. Thank you to all who have helped me grow in my life. Especially Mac, Hank, Chase, and their Families. I would not be the person I am today without the great influence of those great people.

Now what to do? Well, I am applying for advertising jobs right now. Hopefully one will come through soon so I can start paying off those student loans. After many conversations with my good brother Mac, I have decided that I am going to attempt to get a Fighter Pilots spot. So I am going to study for the next few months for the qualification test, keep working out so I can ace the fitness tests, and then pray like none other in hopes of being able to fly. I also am attempting to learn French and Italian as I try to improve my Spanish. Hopefully one day I will be flying an F-35, be able to speak Spanish, French, Italian and Chinese, and have a great family. Obviously the family part still needs some working on :) I guess now that I am graduated It needs to be a more important goal in my life. We shall see in the next few years what happens.

Christmas was great! Happy Birthday Jesus. I am go thankful for not only his atoning sacrifice but his amazing example as well. I have such a wonderful family, and second families.

I look forward to the upcoming year. It shall be one full of adventures, testings, and triumphs. Chase is gonna get hitched, maybe even Hank as well. Thats 2 great bachelor parties Mac and I get to throw. Plus possibly 2 more amazing women that I get to become close to. I meant to make this post succinct but my thoughts ran wild. -RWH

A long long time ago...

A long long time ago, I can't even remember, when it was I posted an update of my life. Sorry about that, getting a girlfriend and then engaged does something to free time. As in it makes it more scarce. But I decided to delay studying for my tests to write a bit.

My classes are finished and now I just have to think about the finals, much fun. I am glad, although my classes weren't too bad, except my math class which was brutal, I still so happy to be done with them. My next semester I think will be fun, at least the swimming class that I will be taking will be. Hopefully it won't be quite as busy because I don't have as many project classes, more busy work classes.

So Jennifer and I went and picked out my ring yesterday. It is nice, titanium band with a satin finish on the outer surface. It feels really comfortable, which was the number one priority for me. Oh so I don't know if you guys saw the picture we chose for our wedding announcements but here it is. We like it a lot.

So guys guess what, I found this program that emulates a 64 that you download to your computer, and I tried paying Gauntlet legends, it was nice reminiscing but the game didn't really play right so I couldn't really play any of the levels, but it definitely brought back some good ol' time memories. Life isn't as simple as it once was. It was really neat to have us all together over Thanksgiving, all with a girl we were dating(/married to). Even though life isn't as simple as it once was I think that it is much better. There are experiences that we probably will never get to have again, but now we can have experiences that we could never have had before. I am excited for it though, I think great opportunities are ahead of us.(by the way I invited Hank to join again we'll see if he responds to it this time)

For Christmas we will be heading up to Oregon, till the 27th, it should be fun. Mac I am with you non-white Christmas' are a little incomplete. But really I am excited to spend time with Jennifer's family and get to know them better.

Well I think that my crunch for my test is long past due, so I should be get studying for that. But I promise to be better about writing on this. It would be nice to write really frequently so you know whats going on with me. I'll work on that.
Love ya bros

Tis the Season

I am going to admit something, I don't even remember the last time I wrote on the blog of blogs.

Oh well, I repent.

Ok, so I've got some good news. Christmas is now only 24 days away! It wasn't until last night that it hit me: The Christmas Bug. I really love this time of year and love the feelings of charity and love that seem to radiate from most of the people. The country may be in bad shape, but I still love being an American and all that stands for.

This is mine and Jaime's first Holiday Season together and we are going to sunny California for Christmas. It kind of saddens me, I mean, is it too much to want a white Christmas? I don't think so. But it should prove to be a great time.

School is almost done for the semester, that's good news. I'm so done with this semester and just want to start a new one. I'm finally getting to end of those classes that are filled with 18 year olds, and I'm glad for that.

Greg and Allice are coming out in a week or two and thats going to be a fun time. Me and Greg are going to go bowling like there's no tomorrow so he can go back to Clemson and kick some intramural trash! Booya.

Good on ya mates,

Mac, out.

Hi, my name is Mac. You may remember me from such posts as "I love my Jaime, and my Jordans" and "Spring has been buried by Winter"

So, it's been many moons since the last time I graced this blog with my written presence. I apologize. Much has been going on the recent months, most importantly, I got married in June. Thank you thank you, it's all very nice and grand. Just as I imagined it. I live in Bountiful, with my wifey Jaime, and go to the U of U. I have a legitimate job now, which hasn't really been a factor in my life since 2005. So it's a little bit something I am getting used to.

I just got back from the deer hunt this week and it was highly successful. I didn't shoot a deer (yet) but I fired off several arrows that were hot in pursuit but failed to make contact with the intended target. Unless I can convince you I really was trying to shoot a tree and a few bushes. Anyway, it was a great time and I can't wait to get back out on the mountain in a couple of weeks.

Almost 24

I cant believe that i am the only one writing on this blog. What's happening? Anyway, I moved to 118th south in South Jordan. I live with 7 other awesome guys. We have a lot of fun. We have a pool, sauna, 2 big screens, poker night, we all dance, and have a blast doing many other things. Summer semester is almost over. I take my last final on Thursday. That means only 1 more semester til i graduate. Hooray! Hank and I have been rock climbing a lot lately. Today we climbed a 5.10., which is a pretty tough climb. Not the hardest by all means but still challenging and fun. I hopefully will be in Hawaii this Saturday to visit Marisa. Then off to NYC for my conference there. On August 19th I turn 24. Only 1 more year til cheaper car insurance. Football season is almost here!! Go USC! Anyway, thats all for now.

Scuba Certified!

Hey everyone!!! Life is great. I saw Transformers and the Proposal this past week, both were awesome. I suggest you see both of them. Also, I am not officially scuba certified. I was in Wendover over the weekend and finished my training. The summer semester is half way over. I only have to worry about 2 classes, my law class and rock climbing. Rock Climbing is only going to be a week long in the middle of July. This week should fly by. I have a group presentation due in my law class on Tuesday. Then our softball game Tuesday night. Thursday morning I have test #2 in my law class. This means I will be studying all week for it. If i can score well on this test and the project i can coast through the rest of the semester. Then Thursday night it is off to Vegas for the weekend. I got invited by some friends to go down there for Friday and Saturday and go pool hopping and eat at the buffets. Happy Birthday to Mac yesterday!!! He's 23. He got back yesterday from his honeymoon to Mexico, hopefully he didn't get the swine flu. Spiritual Thought of the week, As we past through this test of life, may we remember the examples that have preceded us. Capt. Moroni, Alma, Nephi, Job, Noah, Joseph Smith, Christ, latter day prophets,  Our Parents, and many others. This life is meant for us to show our dedication to God, Learn many good things as we dwell here, and enjoy the journey.

Mac's Wedding

The day finally came. Mac and Jaime are now married. Mr. and Mrs. Brady. The wedding was a splendid event. It started Thursday night with a reception that was greener than an Irish country side. This might have been caused by all the green footwear worn. Many people came and gave there congratulations to the happy couple. There was socializing and eating of baked happiness, cake! That night after I left the reception, I went country dancing. I met some cute girls, got some numbers, and had a blast. The next morning was n early one. Hank picked me up at 8. We made it to Manti by 10. I changed a Grandma's house then Hank and I went and hit a bucket of balls at Palisade. THe Sealing ceremony was amazing. THe spirit was so strong. The couple looked as happy as can be. It's wonderful to see the ordinances being preformed. Life just becomes clear and uncluttered when your in the temple. Especially in the sealing room and celestial room. After the ceremony we took pictures, went to the luncheon and saw the made Jaime's car smell like cooked bologna. As for other news, i got o Wendover this weekend to become scuba certified. I am almost half was through my summer semester. Well, that's all for now. May God be with you til we meet again!

Almost June!!!

So, My life has been very blessed. I am grateful for my friends and family. Anyway, Our journey to Cali was a blast. I especially liked longboarding in Santa monica and Venice beach, and of course Disneyland. Summer school started This week, i just need to push trough so i can graduate in December. My big class is my law class for the Communication Department. It is interesting stuff, it just sucks becasuse there is a lot required to pass the class. The next 2 Months wil be crazy busy, A million weddings to attend, most importantly Mac and Jaime's, school, camping, boating, scuba certification. It seems like every weekend something is going on. So i find out on June 1st if i have to get PCL surgery on my knee. If that happens then i will be out of comission for 8 weeks then in rehab for 6 months. What ever happens i just need to get my knee as strong as possible for the events the rest of my life will bring. BIG SOFTBALL WIN!!!! On tuesday the Space Cowboys, thats our co ed softball team, won its 1st game. Now we are 1-2 looking for a big winning streak. Great game play by all the players. Well, thats about all i have for now. RWH!!!

Cali, the spring trip

So, here's an overview of the trip, from my view of course. Well, Jeff, Hank, Jake, Dana, Shanda, and Alexis showed up at my apartment at like 5:30 or there abouts. The first like hour of the ride Hank and Jake were rockin' in the back, which is a slight understatement of what was going on. After that things calmed down because they basically fell asleep. Anyway skipping pass the 7 hour drive we made it to Los Vegas, I went to bed while most everyone else went to the strip. Thus the next day I was the driver to take us to Disneyland. We had lots of fun, skipping out on most all lines because of Jeff and his wheelchair. We hit most all the rides that we wanted to. It was fun. Jeff then drove us to San Diego, we got there around 12:30 and just crashed. In the morning Jake, Jeff, Shanda, and I went to the San Diego Temple. Afterwards we went to the San Diego Zoo. It was pretty cool. So now it is Saturday night and we split up, I go to visit Dru and her in laws and we played some games. Sunday we tried to make it to Church with Dru but go lost, so we just headed up to some beeches in LA. We laid out on the beech and then did a little longboarding. It was great. Then we left to Los Vegas, I drove and it was late. Luckily, Alexis stayed awake and kept me awake. If not for her we would have been off the road. On Monday we slept in and then came home. It was a great trip. Here are more photos.

Summer is here

So guys it has been awhile, sorry last week was my last week of classes and now I am just finishing up finals. I got two left religion and CAD finals. I cannot wait, it won't come soon enough. So guys there is this great song I just found like on Saturday, it is called Runaround Sue by Dion and the Belmonts, he is the one that sings The Wanderer too. You definitely need to check it out it has got an awesome beat. So you guys should be coming up on finals or this is your last week right? Good luck I hope that it all goes well. Hopefully you don't get too stressed out like I do.
So I think that we should plan to go camping sometime this summer, or ya know Mac we should plan a weekend to go to the Cabin and fix it up a bit, that would be so much fun. But I guess it would need to happen before the end of July and after the end of June, hmm there is just too much to do this summer and not nearly enough time. I often find myself wishing that I had some sort of machine that gave me more hours in the day or extra days. I would add extra days to the weekends, and I would always be adding more days to my camping trips.
Well guys I have to get studying for another test, hope you guys do well with yours, oh and keep me up to date on how your softball team is doing, if you ever play on the weekends, I would come and watch. Well until next time ta um ea boa

Harvest and Sell

"Ho hoo, Mangos. Booya!"

Who on earth would say something like that you ask? No, it's not a hungry Brazilian, but my roomie William Wilford Thorup IV. Or Will Will 4 as I affectionately call him. Anyway, Will Will was on his computer one day while I was in the kitchen doing my homework when all of a sudden the strangest tune kept playing from his speakers. It sounded like a xylophone got hitched to a string orchestra and they were trying to make sweet harmonies together. Well, as you can see from the immaculate mental picture I just created for you, it was highly annoying. But, instead of turning to violence and hucking my cell phone at Billy Will's computer, and tried to tune it out. But it didn't work! After a few minutes I found myself tapping my foot to the notes and actually humming along with it. After the realization and the gag reflex passed, I started to sing the words out loud so that Willers could enjoy them too. The name of the song is called Harvest and Sell, and incidentally, those are the only words to it as well. So Wild Will and I started to freestyle rap to this crappy tune and had ourselves a darn tootin good time.

So, if you're ever bored out of your mind and are looking at Facebook, be sure to add the application "Farm Town" you'll not be dissapointed.

Harvest and Sell everyone!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to punch Punxsutawney Phil

Ok, what's the dealio? It's been Spring for almost one full month now, and we've been punked by the weather almost every day of it.

I think someone needs to fire old Phil cause that furry dude don't know what's going on anymore. I have a suggestion, why don't we use KSL's Live 5 Weather Watch HD as our new forecaster of spring? I'm pretty sure that satellites and and computers would be a little more accurate than a crusty old mammal that lives in a tree stump for months at a time.

Anyway, Spring is most def not here, and that is not cool. But I have faith that the sun will shine through in time for our Softball games.

PS, softball is one of the scariest games I've ever played. I don't know what it is, but there is something about a huge hard ball flying at my face at freeway speeds that's a little disconcerting. Maybe it's the fact that Jaime is the source behind those speeding projectiles and it's slightly intimidating, but never fear! For I shall do my best to be an animal on that first base. Booya!!

Also, is everyone aware that school is almost over? I hope so because I am so done with Cache Valley, I've been up here long enough. It was good while it lasted and I'm going to miss the small time school atmosphere that is not found at the U, but I'm ready to move in with my new hot roomie, (that's a reference to Jaime if you didn't get it).

Life is great, I now have 5 degrees of movement in my foot, which is half of what it needs to be for normal walking conditions, but I'm working hard at Physical Therapy and things are looking bright for me.

Well, as Tigger says, TTFN or in laman's terms, Ta Ta For Now

Easter!!

Well its almost easter. That means spring is here, even if it doesn't look like it outside, and school is almost out. Only 3 more weeks left in the semester. I cant wait to be done. THis week has been pretty uneventful. Im looking forward to the eggolympics at Jill's and some good times with the boys. I am getting knee surgery on the 21st. hopefully that will fix all the problems in my knee. Then i can go back to pushing it to the limit. Hopefully i will get some great internships for the summer. Keep your fingers crossed for me! Im signing up for our coed softball league today. Dumb Chase isn't joining us for the fun, but i still love him anyway. Hopefully Mac's foot will heal enough for him to stand at 1st base. I am applying for graduation next tuesday!!! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, i just need to make it there now.  Thats pretty much all that is going on right now. See you all this weekend!!!

Ramble, of the spring kind

Well, I don't have any topic to write about, it has just been like a week and a half since I last wrote something. So I am just thinking how great it is that the semester is just about over. Not intentionally gloating but at BYU we have until next Tuesday of classes and then it is just finals. And I absolutely love the fact that most of my classes are science and math classes which means no projects to worry about. So it feels like it is the first time this semester that I don't have something pressing to take care of. So things are definitely going good.
Guys I don't know about you all but I thought conference was just great. I loved, loved Elder Christofferson's talk, and I thought that President Uctdorf's and Eyring's priesthood session talks were very relavant to me. I love when conference comes around, but it leaves so quickly, I think that I am going to try this six months to watch a talk weekly or more. It is just great to hear them speak.
Easter is this weekend, I was thinking that we should plan some sort of young adult egg hunt with 1-5 designated eggs that each person needs to find. Just a thought tell me what you guys think.
I say this everyday, I am so excited for summer. Summers are always great, and I am so excited to spend time in the mountains. It wouldn't take much to convince me to live in the mountains for a month or two. Anyway I think that I have rambled enough, so I'll catch you on the flip side, later.

Coincidence

The other day, as I was sitting on the couch and watching a movie, my roommate showed me an article on the internet that said :

"
Tiny and dying but still-powerful stars called pulsars spin like crazy and light up their surroundings, often with ghostly glows. So it is with PSR B1509-58, which long ago collapsed into a sphere just 12 miles in diameter after running out of fuel"

Click on the link to see what the pulsar looked like:

http://www.space.com/php/multimedia/imagedisplay/img_display.php?pic=090404-chandra-nebula-02.jpg&cap=Red+represents+low-energy+X-rays%2C+the+medium+range+is+green%2C+and+the+most+energetic+ones+are+colored+blue.+The+blue+hand-like+structure+was+created+by+energy+emanating+from+the+nebula+around+they+dying+star+PSR+B1509-58.+The+red+areas+are+from+a+neighboring+gas+cloud+called+RCW+89.+Credit%3A+NASA%2FCXC%2FSAO%2FP.Slane%2C+et+al
.

It's an image of a hand reaching for a nebula!

It's really cool to see things like this in nature. It may just be a coincidence, and then again, it may not. But bear in mind, that this pulsar happened more than 17,000 years ago. It was over 150 light years away and is just now reaching us. That's pretty crazy. "And worlds without number have I created...." Just think about that!

Anyway, just thought you'd all like to see that.

This is what Logan looks like right now

Man, those were the good old days.

This was Hanks first time on the snowboard, remember that? It was so much fun, I don't think I've ever boarded in that much fresh powder!!

Holy guacamole guys, it's been five years since we graduated, and almost seven since the first time we went to Hawaii. That is a long time ago. It's weird to think that Hank has been home from his mission for two years, and Jeff has been home since 1776, where he had to leave after signing the Declaration of Independence.

But for reals, life is a great big comic strip isn't it?

Oh yeah, did I tell y'all about my foot, and what I found? I don't think so. Ok, so here's the dealio.

I went the orthopedic doctor on Tuesday and he informed me that I had torn in half, two of the four major tendons in my foot. I now have to go to physical therapy for awhile, and wear my brace for six months. Plus also, he gave me a Handicapped parking pass! That's ligit man, super litigt. It has already come in handy so many times, like when I go to Wal Mart, or Alby's, wherever I go, it's all front row all the time.

So that's what's up

Wednesday, April 1, 2009

So I am not sure about you guys but I am so done with snow (Mac, feel bad for you all you probably see is snow) anyway I can't ever recall being so ready for spring to come. I have a feeling that for the next week or two it will be jumping back and forth between warm and cold. Anyway I am so excited for conference, I can't wait to hear what the prophets have to say. I can tell it is going to be good, they always are anyway. But I am particularly excited because I have a Living Prophets class and we have just been talking about all the living Apostles and Prophets now and their conference talks last October. So it has definitely help make me excited for them to come and speak.
Anyway I think that we should routinely plan to go to the temple together like once every couple months, I really enjoyed that, and I'll get the time right next time.
Well I got homework that is callin' my name so I will catch ya later!
Love ya guys

I love my Jaime, and my Jordans

I hope your weekend was as action packed and fun filled, and just plain awesome as mine.

To start it off, Jaime and went down the Stake Center and watched as Eli dommed his friends in Elimination. While we were there, I did my homework, I'm going to say that again, I did my homework on Friday night, instead of an hour before class. NO I am not sick, I am just trying to do better at school so I can be competitive for a pilot slot at the base in a few years. You gotta look ahead at the bigger picture people.

On Saturday, Chase, Jeff and I went on a Celestial Adventure to the Ogden Temple. It was a great session and a fun trip. Later that day Jaime and I went to Centerville Library so we could write some papers that each of us had to write for this week. Then, we picked up Jeffers and headed up to Nordstrom Rack where I was on a mission to find a new pair of jeans for our Engagement pics on Tuesday. I am happy to report that I found not only what I was looking for, but a bonus that just happened upon me. I purchased a lovely pair of 7's and a bought my first pair of Michael Jordan shoes!! I was beyond pumped because they are exactly what I didn't even know I was looking for. Anyway, I can't wear them yet because of my foot, but as soon as I can, I will be sportin my new kicks.

And to finish up a great weekend, the Unit was amazing. Although I know I am not alone when I say the Whiplash's being a Creeper was a huge twist. I hope Jonas teaches that fool a lesson next week!

Wednesday, March 25, 2009

Spring has been burried by Winter

Sometimes I hate Logan.

I remember when I used to think that Logan was a cool place, oh yeah, it's because back then I didn't live up here! In the 7 months that I've lived here, 4 of them have been covered with snow and ice, and sub-arctic temps. What the H? This is totally redonck. Anyway, it snowed again this last night, and it may or may not have put me in a grumped out mood, oh well, I'm out of this joint in like a month anyway, so I'll suffer through it.

This has been a good week so far. My teachers are all letting me take my tests later, and turn in all the homework I missed due to a day of service gone wrong that ended with me in a brace and my homework still in my knapsack, where it sat all weekend long. So here's to you, my great teachers.

Also, I finished another book this week, that was good wholesome fun. And now I'm all pumped up to do my homework! Yipeeeeee.

Well peace out peeps,

Good times, Good times

Why thank you Mac for the welcome back to school. It was a great spring break, full of boarding, jumping fences, watching baseball, and reading a good book. Yes, reading a good book, crazy huh? i am trying to become a better reader. Good luck Chase on the Stake Presidents Interview. You'll do great no matter where they put you, and remember, it's just a way of the bishop telling you to get married. Because if you get married then you'll be released from whatever calling they call you to! : ) The semester is almost over!!! So excited, this summer should prove to be very eventful; school, work, hopefully an internship, a wedding (at least one, two if Chase finds that special someone), and fun in the sun! Have a great week brothers and keep up the good work!

CLB as the new EQP (It sounds like a Mormon rap song)

Chizzel my man, I heard the exciting news about your clandestine interview with the Stake President, and all I got to say is: it's about time. Good job buddy, and I hope you are ready for whatever the Lord has in store for you.

I would personally like to wish Jeff a warm welcome back to school after a long over due Spring Break.

P.S., I think what Chase blogged about earlier is starting to become a pandemic, Spring Fever is being especially harsh up here in Cache county, where the winters are long and never ending. I can't wait for Spring/Summer either Chase!

Well, this week should prove to be a good one. I have a test in all my classes and a written/oral report in my ROTC class, and oh ya, a bumb ankle, whopeee. Well, I will keep y'all posted.

Get it? "Posted" Meaning I will "post" some more things this week

Week in Review

So as I said in my previous note, this last week has had me up late. As a result I haven't done a lot of things. So not much to review. But there is a little bit. So on Tuesday I helped tow this guys car, which broke down in Spanish Fork, back to the apts. It was interesting because it was my first time driving and his first time ever with towing. I was sort of afraid he might rear end me, but it all turned out okay.
Okay guys keep this on the down low (that's why I am writing it on a blog) but I was called by a member of my stake presidency this last week because I was recommended by my Bishop for a calling. It probably means something with Elders Quorum Presidency. Even though I don't think that I will be called for anything, I am a little bit nervous about the situation. You never know though.
So on Saturday, I was doing a project for school for a few hours, and when I finished up I brought my longboard and rode home, now I keep thinking about it. Spring fever is kicking in really hard. I keep thinking about camping, and fishing and hiking and longboarding and any other activity outside. I may just go crazy before the end of the semester.

That's my week. Love ya guys.

Sprains and Canes

While helping Jeremy Charchenko, Donbo, and Cordy move a short ton of cargo yesterday, I was contemplating the meaning of flight as I was flung from atop the wheel well of Unc. Donbo's trailer and found myself sprawled out on the ground. I belive me exact thoughts were "should I get a puppy?" or maybe it was "Did I leave the gas on at home........?"

JK.

I just sprained some essential tendions on the top of my foot and rolled my ankle, no biggie. Well, to Jaime it was no biggie, so we took our first visit to the hospital as a couple, it was quite romantic actually, and after six X Rays of Power, I was given a brace and told to stay off my foot. So we stopped at Alberston's and bought me a cane! Yes, a veritable Cane of Power!!!!

All in all, it was a good weekend. Go America!!

Spring Break

So spring break has been chill. Longboarding with Mac, chillin with Hank, trying to see Chase but he's was busy with homework, dancing, kickin trash on my march Madness Bracket, and relaxing. I agree with chase, we should take a small vacation after the semester ends. I just need to get through this semester, then its on to the home stretch and graduating in December. Anyway, love you all!!!

Thursday, March 19, 2009

Late Nights

So I best be chimin' in here. This week has been crazy for me, I haven't gone to bed before 1 am yet. But I have come to expect one or two weeks during each semester to be like this. Hopefully my next one will be later in the semester.
Classes are almost over now, and I am so excited. I was thinking that like right after the end of the semester we could go on one last vacation somewhere, that would be super fun.
Anyway you guys are the greatest and even though I don't make it up North very much, you guys are never replaced. I never could find anyone as good as you
guys.

Weding-ding-ding Bells (Get it?)

Thanksgiving

I just wanted to let the whole wide world know that I am thankful for my friends, my family, and most of all, my Jaime.

It was fun to have Jeffrey up in Logan yesterday, I've not given up hope on Chase and the fact that he hasn't visited fine Cache County yet........so I'll just keep my fingers crossed.

As for the future Mrs and me, we are great. The wedding plans are proceeding at full steam ahead and we couldn't be happier. It is going to be a momentous time, just wait and see. The only fly in our matrimonial soup however is that Jaime's fingers are so small that when we went to pick out rings a few months ago, she was sized at a 5, but because the ring she picked out had so many little diamonds on it they had to make it a weird oval shape to size it down, so as not to knock out, or jar loose any of the mini rocks. That proved to be not so cool because it just squished the ring and made it too wide for Jaime's petite hands. So now she has to have a custom made, size 4 1\2 ring that won't be here for almost two whole months. What a tragic tragedy.

Anywho, we are still having a lunch type meal on the day of the wedding and are planning on having a formal gathering of sorts the day before, so polish up them dancing shoes and get read for cake.

Happy Saint Patty's Day everyone!!!

What a great day! It's the one day of the year that I feel closest to my ancestors. So, in light of my yearly connection with the past, I sang pub songs and practiced my Leprechaun voice. So go Ireland, and more importantly, go America!

What is going on in the world of Blogs? I don't have any idea as this is the inaugural post for me. Super exciting!
Anyway, I hope my bros are doing great and that this new medium of communication helps us achieve zen, or something along those lines.
